How do I pay for the modules?
Preferred payment is via Paypal. If you don't have an account it is very easy and quick to set up and makes payment very efficient.

How do I receive the instructions for the addons?
Upon receipt of payment, you will be emailed with an order confirmation. This email will contain a link to the Order Status page from where you can download your purchased items via our automated digital delivery system. Extremely efficient and extremely quick! Just enter your Order ID and email.

Do I need to be an expert in PHP, ASP or HTML?
Many of the modules contain 'ready-made' files for you to use. Simply overwrite your current ones with these and upload. Whilst basic knowledge in HTML, ASP or PHP may help, it is not essential.

The instructions have also been written to be easy to follow and implement the appropriate code. If anything, they should teach you a few things about website coding! Remember, if you are experiencing any problems, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can you install the code for me?
All the modules can be custom installed for you at a small fee. Simply browse to the product you are interested in and select the option from the 'Custom Installation' drop-down menu. Costs vary depending on the size of the job but are generally very good value.

What if there is an Ecommerce Template Update?
This shouldn't be too much of a problem since the updates rarely effect all the files. Many of the modules have ready-made files which you can simply use to overwrite. Most of the instruction manuals provide code references (HTML and PHP) of where to insert or alter any code that needs to be modified manually. In this instanace, just find this code on the updated page (using search facility), and then modify it as required.

Update support can be provided upon request and, for simple modules, this shall be provided free of charge.
